Couldn't agree more. As a Nets fan, I drank more during last year's series vs. the Bulls than I normally would in a month haha.

Nights like this are what it's all about though. The anticipation of a great, albeit stressful, series is a hell of a lot better than what we have both experienced much of lately: irrelevance.

We should have an awesome 2 weeks coming up.

You need to remember that it is the BASKETBALL HOF not the NBA HOF, so De Colo's international pedigree is taken into account.

Internationally he is already there but he needs a few more years in the NBA to prove the doubters wrong. A finals MVP this year would shut A LOT of people up.

If I had to bet my house on this series then I would go with the Nets (Playoff experience, overall more talent) but it should go 6 or 7.

The series got NBA TV'ed for a game... ouch. I do agree that ratings will be pretty low as Nets are not huge in NYC market and this is a very regional matchup that will draw very little national interest. Not the worst first round series, but it's in the bottom half

i dont honestly see how anyone can pick the nets.

- we suck on the road and they have HCA
- they have the best player in the series
- Lowry owns Dwill
- kidd decided to purpusely have his team not play together and play their worst basketball of the season heading into the playoffs

i think the raps win in 5 or 6. and i think game 1 is a raptors blowout win

This is terrible. I wanted to root for the Raptors, but not against my hometown team in Brooklyn. Man. I'm so conflicted!

Series Outcome
