ya you got to hit the shot in order for it to be impressive. Its like putting on a condom and going to sleep, makes no sense
Why would you miss anything ?jwise44 wrote:Ultra wrote:When an former NBA player and his wife watch their first game in europe...

I get that it is a crazy atmosphere and could be really fun drunk or to do once, but I wouldn't want to watch an entire game of basketball like that or with a crowd like that (as a viewer, as a player it would probably be awesome, though). I bet they miss a lot of what's going on in the game due to stuff like that
But to each their own

Not miss, but not notice the whole games intricacies as well (having trouble putting this into words because I slept awful and feel terrible). Focusing on chants with the crowd more than the game? Thinking about what to do next instead of focusing on the players on the court? It's always harder for the brain to concentrate on 2 things at once
I honestly don't know though, I have never been to a game like that and like I said it seems like it could be a fun experience once or if I was hammered, but in my opinion, it doesn't look like a fun consistent game watching experience for me. A lot of people would probably rather that, though and more power to them.
