Allen walks into the locker room and winks at Wiggins.

Not surprised hes following his boyfriend. Dude is nothing but a fake humble player who betrayed KG, PP, Rondo, and Doc.

W/e it's his life, he can do w/e he wants. Not to mention that besides joining the Spurs, this is his best shot to get another title.

LeBron tells Ray to jump off a bridge and Ray responded by asking "how high?"

Ray Allen's legacy is plummeting with every beta move he makes.

Goodness, this dude has no integrity.

The guy has a championship to show for it. He did the right thing in leaving because he knew it was over in Boston.

It's better then the route KG and PP chose.

Just for making the greatest shot in NBA history, he gets to play forever.

Even if his game is declining he's another good vet leader, and he'll show up come playoff time. He had a slump last year but had his form down by the end of the season. I think he'll be back around 40%.

This is another benefit of signing LeBron, the bench just kind of works itself out.

Ray Allen's legacy is only increasing. He had already played for 3 teams before joining Miami. He wasn't going to be overly associated with any particular team so he my as well be associated as much as he can with clutch shooting and winning basketball.

Don't really care for Allen or the Cavs but this is ridiculous. He's 39 and I doubt he's thinking from an "alpha/beta" perspective. It's more like that at his age he has accepted that he is a role player and will do whatever he can to put himself in a position to win a ring. Nothing different from what many role players and or even stars do at the end of their career. Integrity has nothing to do with it.

So that takes away from what he did.... how? My life is my own too. If I decide to betray my friend, does that make it OK because it's my life? That's a selfish way of thinking.

Basically he got butthurt Danny wanted to trade him for Mayo and bolted to a rival for a discount instead of being loyal to his teammates and the place where he won a ring. The guy was becoming what he is now, and people get mad at Danny for wanting to upgrade before it was too late? Oh no, the GM is trying to do his job!!! So disloyal!!!

So he bolts to Miami to sign for a bargain, even though the C's showed they made a mistake and were attempting to make it up to him by offering him a huge contract that he deserves.... what a crybaby. We know enough to know how players feel about the business and most of them, despite wanting to be loyal, understand it is and will always be a business and there shouldn't be any hurt feelings over it.

And outside of his personality, the guy is my favorite player ever. So this is coming from someone who looked up to the guy as a child and had a dream fulfilled of coming to my team. Now it's almost hard for me to like him as a person, despite all the great things I heard over his career.
