Name your Playoff teams

With all the player movements during the offseason, a couple of teams bolstered ther chances of entering the playoffs. Some added what they believe is the final piece of their championship puzzle.

Here's my 8 East and West teams entering the postseason:

EAST
1. Cleveland
2. Chicago
3. Toronto
4. Washington
5. Charlotte
6. Atlanta
7. New York
8. Indiana

WEST
1. San Antonio
2. Oklahoma City
3. LA Clippers
4. Golden State
5. Portland
6. Dallas
7. Houston or Phoenix
8. Minnesota

Wow Portland and GS just disappear out West, PHX is the 4th seed without Frye and Minnesota makes the playoffs? But Portland and GS are at home? Wth is this?

Warriors at 4th seed
Portland just come short of having HCA
Houston could struggle as I honestly see Parsons to Ariza at SF as a downgrade

The Grizzles are making the playoffs. The disrespect is amazing WOW. I see the Wolves, Kings, Pelicans making it for some but not the Grizz. They took OKC to 7 games and Z-Bo got suspended the last game to help OKC and their golden child KD. Marc was injured for a good chunk of the year and they still made it. Sometimes I wonder if any of you know ball at all.

What if the Suns stay healthy? Bledsoe and Dragic both missed time.. Thomas is a great add.. The Suns will be better than last year.. Its not like there was a big difference in number of wins between 6-9th seed..PHX lost the POs for one win...
