Ugh, Roy Hibbert is such a b****. Barely gets shoved and flops onto the floor like he got hit with a steel chair then he gets up like he's a tough guy. Like he didn't get punked on a nightly basis, even by his own teammates last year. You sure this guy doesn't play for the Clippers?

He wasn't great in Dallas, but he was a starting NBA player. He's a very solid 3-point shooter, and he's certainly capable of being a positive force when he's in shape. Maybe it'll take some time, but if he plays his way into shape and is really put under pressure by Kidd, and put in the right position, I think we could see a good bounce back year for Mayo. Especially if the rest of the team surpasses expectations - it's one thing to be lazy and jack up shots when it doesn't matter because your team completely sucks, but if they're hovering around that 8th spot, he might step it up.

Everybody is acting like he's a total waste on the court, but he's become so disrespected that at this point, surely he must be underrated, right? If he ends up putting up a season of 14/3/3 on 45% FG and 40% 3P, that's a solid season.

He's so damn inconsistent. For 10-20 games he might look like an all-star (see start of the Dallas season) and then disappears for a long stretch. But I do believe he'll have semi-redemption season with the Bucks, now that team isn't that much of a mess.

Maybe, but I'm not sure. He was sort of already jumping his feet forward a bit to set post position and whats-his-name did a nice little fast judo jab to throw him off balance. Roy is not exactly the most well-balanced individual, keep in mind.

On the other hand, I can see how if he was sort of flopping it, it makes sense that he would get all 'upset' and in the guy's face to show "hey it was a real foul! for real!" But I do think it was sort of a balance thing, where he was already in motion a bit and the push just threw off his balance.

This Secaucus reply center **** was ridiculous though. I want to watch a basketball game, not the **** CIA scenes from the Bourne Identity

Yeah I remember the first month or so in Dallas, where was shooting like 58% on 3s and everyone was losing their minds.... and then that ended.

I just think he'll do much better this year, especially since there are other options on this Bucks team now, especially Parker, and Mayo is not expected to be any sort of lead scorer. He can be a decent scoring role player in the right system.

Going to lose a lot, however definitely not the worst team of all time. MCW should make his return eventually too, Luc Mbah a Moute as well.

Yeah, they're really destroying Luis Scola, Solomon Hill, Damjan Rudez, and Chris Copeland. Lavoy Allen & Donald Sloan are getting shut down! I don't know, maybe this 76ers team is legit and will make the playoffs!

As a fellow 76ers fan don't overreact.

1) We're playing a depleted Pacers team.
2) Its the first game of the year, all the young guys will be jacjked and ready to play

Over time youth will catch up, wouldn't be shocked if 6ers get off to an okay start, but eventually that first 10-game losing streak will hit and it will be all crash and burn from there.

But thats okay, its all about development baby.

Philly, yeah, bad team of course (with a very very bright future), but nice to see all that hustle.

Man this has to be the worst 10 starters on the floor for an NBA opener ever.

Walker and Stephenson a combined 3-20 for 9 points. Wow.
But do you know what they call a fool, who's full of himself and jumps into the path of death because it's cool?

At least they've picked it up in the second half. I think at halftime, Michael Jordan walked into the locker room, grabbed Kemba Walker, and said, "I'm paying you 48 million dollars. PLAY LIKE IT"

But it's loveable small market Milwaukee, no biggie. Now that devil worshiping team in Philly...
