who is the Coach LeBron or Blatt???

A couple of snippets on vine show LeBron is doing a lil player/coach but coach Blatt is on the outside looking in as a new coach wouldnt that rub you the wrong way......or even a respected NBA Coach would he let this go on???

I hate it when great players try to be the coach. We all know the things LeBron is saying right there.. "Lets do what we do, Trust each other, never give up etc."

Lebron is the coach, Owner, GM of the cavs. Chooses which players he plays with, the type of offense they run etc.

But when they start losing everyone gets blamed but him

This attitude by Lebron is completely wrong.. and there is not that much a coach can do in this situation, especially a coach like Blatt with no Nba experience. He is lowering his authority

I'm just saying this attitude is not right towards the coach, but more importantly doesn't help the team.. I mean, as a leader he should find ways to help the coach as much as he can, allowing him to get credibility from the players, unless, he is just not buying into blatt and is just waiting for him to get fired :lol:
