They are in the playoff race with one of the youngest teams in the entire league in the toughest division and conference in all of sports. If they had followed your plan, they would be tanking...again.

I like what their strategy. Not everything has worked out, so there's still work to do, but I'm ok with that.

The biggest problem I have with the Pelicans is the decision to sign Tyreke.

Get rid of Tyreke and change the coach and I think they could be a much better team. They still suck at 3pt shooting and that is a big problem. At least when Gordon is healthy he can offer a solid all round game - he can spot up for 3 and he can run the pick and roll.

Tyreke has been comfortably their second best player though this year.

The guy has his flaws, but he's a crafty ball handler, an above average passer, and he at least tries a bit on D

Monty Williams is their problem; same with Demps but to a lesser extent.

It's that simple.

Luckily for the pair, their ownership is mirred in their own problems so accountability isn't a concern of theirs.
Originated from the nethermost, currently however, our entire squadron is now hither.

Good to know that it is just a complete lack of knowledge rather than you just being a fool. Since Gordon came back he has been playing really well averaging 14.6pts, 4.8asts and 3.1rbs a game while shooting 46.8% from the field and 42.9% from 3. He has also been playing good defense.

Next time if you do not know what is going on then you really shouldn't post or at least do a little research before posting.

I agree - Gordon's playing like a solid starting SG. Evans is playing pretty well too, but once Holiday gets back NOP is STILL probably one average NBA wing away from solidifying their rotation. Cunningham/Pondexter are not good starting SF/6th man options.

They could showcase Pau and trade for a great defensive player.
