All the posters posting about HGH has absolutely no clue what HGH is and what it does. You are doing yourself and athletes an injustice throwing out accusations out there. HGH is not a steroid and there are no evidence that it has an effect on athletic performance. HGH is actually less of a performance enhancing drug than blood spinning (PRP) which Kobe has been known to do. That will be banned soon after it is discussed at the annual conference. There are more doctors who believe that PRP should be banned than HGH, but HGH has been known to be stacked with anabolic streroids which is the main issue.

So PRP makes you get hurt halfway through the year is what I gathered.

Who cares about weed? Guarantee almost every NBA player smokes weed.

I'm trying to imagine Tim Duncan smoking weed. I can't

LOL. If Kawai ever smoked weed you'd probably never hear him talk again. On a plus note, he'd probably crack a smile once in a while.

Even if Lebron did do HGH, the league wouldn't care. He's their cash cow.

And to say everyone in the league smokes weed sounds like something only a pothead would say. No, not all people smoke or like weed in the slightest.

Did someone just suggest weed testing? LOL. Guess you have never been on a college campus or understand how harmless it is. Every player probably smokes weed in the NBA.

I'm guessing you're the type to condemn weed, yet think drinking is totally okay.

How did you gather that? Sociopaths think everyone is just like them, but they aren't. Not all people like the effects of weed on their system.

Saying statements like that is how I gathered that.

Feel free to keep living in your fantasy world, but I would bet that over 90% of NBA players have smoked weed.

Because that's what HGH is.

It can also assist in building muscle. Being able to repair and rebuild muscles more quickly means longer, harder workouts that can occur more often. Not that I think it should matter. I really think they should legalize all this stuff.

There are zero scientific evidence to those claims.

Not in the same way a steroid would obviuosly, but being able to recover faster is definitely an advantage, even if it doesn't help you build muscle.

there are ways to avoid getting caught, and if a player like lebron does get caught there is no way in hell the nba would do anything about it

LeBron has been a physical freak since High School. So he's been taking PED's since then? Yeah sure

To be fair, weed is not a legal thing to posses in the vast majority of the country.

I never said weed was a sports enhancer...of course not. But it should be tested because so many people use it. It does effect your play. It's not just rampant in basketball. If all American's used weed than this country is going down the toilet. Weed does make you dumb..so the dumb would just become more dumb.

No one recovering faster from HGH unless they are suffering from deficiency or insufficiency. Improve performance from synthetic HGH is unknown with no legit findings other than WADA's own funded research which claimed a small increase in recovery with no increase in strength nor endurance. HGH is a wonder drug in the medical community which treats many medical conditions, but its claims in athletic performance has been greatly exaggerated since the BALCO scanadal. WADA didn't even banned HGH because it gives performance, they banned it because the HGH boost can make synthetic testosterone appear at normal levels. Testostorone is what increased the performance and that is why male have such phyical advantage over female even though female produce more growth hormone than men. Not sure many people are even aware than women have higher mean growth hormone levels than men.

Somatotropin (real hgh) has been around forever and it's not useless, if it was there wouldn't be a huge market for it, especially if it's stacked with insulin and Deca or Winni. If taken before your growth plates close, just HGH that is, no one can tell me it won't help your bones grow longer and stronger. Over use it with steroids and you get the Bonds effect, giant head, that was just not steroids sorry, but HGH alone didn't grow his muscles like that, or help his hand eye coordination.

The best feature somatotropin has is the fountain of youth, more so than steroids IMHO, it does not have the negative effect on your kidneys or heart that most steroids do. If we kept the same HGH levels in our 60's that we do in our 20's and maybe our life expectency increases by 10 years. Years ago everyone was trying to get Somatotropin through colostrum ( boobie milk) lol, but as you get older it has to be injected to really see any effects, plus it takes 4-6 months just too see what effect it has.

In Lebrons case, who knows? There is a such thing as genetically gifted people like Wilt Chamberlain, who is still probably the best athlete the NBA has ever seen.

Wade.

But yeah, agree with people HGH is not what people think and so many guys smoke in the NBA. I think people would be shocked how many players are high during games.
