Do people really think Lillard can average 25-30ppg? I know he'll be chucking but that seems like a stretch, I don't think he's capable of that under any circumstances.

Harden's my vote. KD's a question mark but will likely be up there.

I'm not even sure Lillard will average that much more than he did last season. I honestly think the Blazers are going to push him to work on his playmaking this year. It's a rebuilding year, so why have your franchise PG chuck shots just because when you can have him work on his weaknesses without it hurting you.

My vote is Durant. He will be on a mission this season.

Okafor. He's gonna get about 60 shots a game.

I see Cousins taking a small step back in the scoring department next year (it's only 0.5 ppg less, which is a very small variance) not because he'll actually get worse, but because he won't need to score as much.

Plus, you've got to keep in mind his TS% is only 54%, so he really shouldn't be that high volume of a scorer, considering his efficiency would likely drop further with more shot attempts. That's not a jab at him because he's a great player. It's just that there's a reason why you don't see many big men in the top 3 of scoring leaders these days. Guard play has taken the reigns over post play.

I still see him attempting the same number of shots from last year though . There isn't anyone in the starting 5 that will take his usual shots away. I don't see BMac taking Cousins' shots. If Cousins is featured more in Karl's system, I could see his ppg go higher. But realistically, it will be similar from last year and possibly he will get his points in a more efficient-manner -- which is probably the best for the Kings' success, imo.

Lilliard may lead in shot attempts but hes not going to average more than 25. If hes the only major scorer hes also going to get defenses keying on him, he will be easier to defend.

I honestly forgot about melo
And figured lebron wouldn't play enough to get it

I threw rose on there as a wildcard.

I would edit melo in, but it would reset the poll
USA Celtics in full effect. Amazing chemistry building experience right there for the main core of the team

There's no way Lilliard going to average 30 ppg , not only he's not good enough to do so, he won't even have enough minutes on the court to achieve that since his team is going to get blow out by elite teams constantly

Fun fact: Curry, Rose, Cousins, Lillard have never surpassed LeBron in ppg in any season but you decided to leave him off the list for some amazing reason.

Reset the poll, this one sucks balls.

Why are lillard and rose on this list?

Anyway hard to say. Could even be like Melo if thunders team offence is really good and doesnt require Durant going too crazy.

Safe pick is probably hard-on.

KD is the front-runner if he's back to form, probably Harden if not.

How is Durant leading the poll? He's not even the best player on his team so I can't imagine how he's going to be the leading scorer in the NBA.

You can't imagine how he's going to be the leading scorer in the NBA despite the fact that he's already done it 4 times?

You gotta be kidding me...

Anyway, I pick Harden. KD is the obvious frontrunner, but I have a feeling Donovan's system will lower his and Westbrook's PPG. We'll see. And then there's his return from an injury. KD is a question mark.

It's either Harden or KD, but I'm leaning on Harden.

Harden, with Durant a close second.
