Winslow is going to get a lot of playing time. Wade will miss a lot of games next season like always. Deng is unlikely to be as durable as he was last season. And Gerald Green sucks. James Ennis isn't particularly good either. I think Winslow probably emerges as Miami's primary backup wing and that should guarantee him a lot of minutes and a lot of starts.

I wouldn't say he is the ROY favorite - I think that is Mudiay, followed by Okafor and Towns. But I think he probably is in the top-5 candidates. He should be able to get points with his aggressive drives to the rim and his ability to score in transition.

Winslow doesn't have the offensive game to be ROY.

Most of these rooks are raw as hell. Okafor can make an immediate impact on the offensive end which is what matters for ROY voting.
Looking for a new signature. Currently, still evaluating.

One thing I appreciate about the NBA is that sports media and talk radio don't go ballistic when a basketball player says "I believe I'm the best player out of yada yada" like they do in the NFL with their fake loaded questions designed to stir up controversy.
