Isiah/Stockton
Maxwell/Artest/Alvin Robertson (Vernon starts just for that "wait, this guy is actually crazy... is there enough security in here?" factor before being promptly ejected)
Rodman/Bowen
Malone/Oakley
Laimbeer/Unseld/Bogut
Inactive (i.e., ready to run off the bench at a moment's notice): Mahorn, Washington, Garnett

You did say to pick a team to beat your starting five, right? I cheated a little bit, but you have to let me fill out the roster since half my guys are going to foul out. In the first half.

Curry
Klay
KD
Bird
Shaq

I'm playing 4 out with incredible 3 point shooters. Klay and KD will handle the majority of the defense.

Shaq will have the paint all to himself. Which would result in dominance.

The idea is similar to what I am thinking about. This may be unorthodox, but I'd get Pierce into one of these lineups to match up with Lebron. Prime Pierce could keep up with Lebron, and there is a reason why Lebron thought Pierce was his greatest rival and vice versa. We nearly have a full season's worth of games between the two (including playoffs), and they are .500 against each other. Half those games were with Pierce out his prime also. I'd probably switch in Havlicek for defensive reasons also (over Klay)..I'm going all Celtics 2-4. :D Curry and Shaq can stay. Either way I agree with the general idea of spreading the floor and raining 3s down 1-4.

Both teams will have players in their peak/prime

Point Guard: Magic Johnson
Shooting Guard: Michael Jordan
Small Forward: LeBron James
Power Forward: Tim Duncan
Center: Bill Russell

Feel free to use past and/or current players

PG: CP3
SG: Dr. J
SF: Larry Bird
PF: Dominique Wilkins
Center: Shaq

Jarret Allen isn’t winning you anything. Garland won’t show up in the playoffs. Mobley is a glorified dunk man. Mitchell has some experience but is a liability on defense. To me, the Cavs are a treadmill team.

Steph Curry
Reggie Miller
Larry Bird
Dirk Nowitzki
Kevin Garnett

I'd spread the floor and go pick n roll with Steph and Garnett. The defenders crash and we have 3 of the greatest shooters ever.

Replace Klay with West and I think you improve.

GSW Homer Team
Curry PG
Klay SG
Barry SF
Thurmond at PF
Wilt at C

Can play like current GS with Barry taking Barnes role (never hurts to have 2-3 90%+FT). Curry, Klay Barry going to spread the floor. Nate and Wilt got a lot of space to play Green/Bogut roles with much stronger scoring and twin towers athletic defense on other side of court. 2 of the best rebounders of all time.
