Did the Celtics shatter the Warriors swag?

Is it me or did the Celtics get into Golden State's head with their win the other day? During tonight's Minny game the Warriors looked very shaky and didn't seem to have the confidence they had during that awesome win streak of theirs. They also weren't taunting the other team as much as they did prior to the Celtics game...

Are the Celtics in the Warriors' head? And have they shattered their swag?

the mods/stazi chafe at the idea of providing any reasoned elaboration for their thread crackdowns, but in this case i think we know the lock is because that graphic is just too on point.

I particularly like the Pirate Evan Turner logo in the graphic, as if his is the standard against which all swags should be measured.

There are better metrics now, my formula (which is based around a few different variables, Swag per 48/True Swag %/Adjusted Swag +/- for example) has shown some real accurate results. Using current metrics, it wasn't the Lakers that shattered the Celtics swag at all, it was actually the Jazz. KG got hurt(led the league in Swagshares up until that point) and never came back, effectively shattering the Celtics swag. However, the Warriors right now are exhibiting the most rapid decline of swag in the modern era. They're truly breaking records this season.

imo what happened to the warriors is that they're regarding these games as a means to an end. They're all about 73 wins, not about getting ready for the playoffs, not about fine tuning, none of that stuff, just getting the 73. Imo it seems like they feel like they "deserve" 73 wins based on what they did to teams in november, december, january.

Now they HAVE to beat the spurs twice and probably have to play their starters big minutes the rest of the way too.

Then someone from reddit I believe took a silhouette of him from his game-winner celebration in Portland last season and turned it into the NBA logo. Shirts were sold. The pirate version was created after he injured his left eye in the Lakers game recently.

I hope the Celtics truly stole the Warriors swag and I hope it lasts until the end of Warriors playoff run, hopefully not winning a championship. Then that would make Durant want to go to Warriors even more because they didn't win it and he can still have a legacy like the HOFers in the past who changed teams(not the Heatles) when he wins the championships with Warriors. 2-3 championships total for this current Warriors squad or 10 championships with most of the current Warriors+Durant...Not a hard choice. Warriors sacrifice this season for 10 better seasons.

Man, that graph really is concerning. I hope Kerr can come up with something in practice to get their swag back. Its tough to score from half-court when you're rocking 76ers level swag.
