Out of the three, Kawhi is first this year IMO. Defense has been spectacular and he is scoring so well on such a historically good team.

Lebron v Durant is tight, but I take Durant. You can certainly argue it either way.

I mean you really have three guys fighting for two spots, and all have been at an extremely high level all season, so whichever two you pick, someone deserving is being bumped to the second team.

It will likely be Leonard/James as they are the undisputed leaders of elite teams, but Durant is 28/8/5 (on 50/40/90) on a 55-win team too, and has scored 20+ in 71/72 games this season (the one he didn't he left the game at half time injured). Westbrook's crazy statlines have taken the focus away from just how good KD has been too.

Cousins has the highest usage rate in the NBA, shoots 45% as a big man, is top 3 in turnovers at almost 4 a game, doesn't ever back on defense, constantly breaks up offensive sets. It takes him 10 secs to just get up the floor. Plays horrid defense. I really don't understand the infatuation with his popcorn stats. He just doesn't play winning basketball. Horford, Drummond, Towns and Whiteside both affect the game in a much more positive manner, as far as I'm concerned.
