I mean...Klay Thompson wouldn't be as good of player in the 80s as he is now either.

Maybe. I think he'd be a specialist. That air ball from thirty feet would get him benched.

He said this before Game 5.

Lesson learned, I hope. You don't talk **** to the King.

Wasn't Klay the one that complained about a screen because it brused his knee?

Lol wtf so Lebron woudn't have survived but his son would? yea ok. Lebron is a beast his son is a twig, the little bitch who cried about a screen?

Klay lived a sheltered life, Lebron not so much.

Is this kind of like those Millenials who have their parents accompany them to a job interview?

I don't think I've seen an NBA parent weigh in quite like this. He made some other comments where he spoke like he was a member of the Warriors.

As someone who is watching a ton of games from the 80's right now to make highlight videos, I can say quite confidently that this year's Finals is WAY more physical on a play-by-play basis than the majority of games I've seen so far.

PS: And while I'm on the subject, refs called a ton of touch fouls back then. I"m not sure where the idea that every foul broke bones came from.

-Klay whines about running into a screen and hurting his leg
-His dad starts complaining about lebron

but lebrons the sensitive one

lebron is one of the most physically dominant players ever but he couldn't handle the physicality of the 80s

Okay

Mychael Thompson is the lakers radio color commentator and the host of a daily show on ESPN radio here in LA, he's paid to give his opinion on the nba. He's not just some random parent deciding to interject their opinion when they were never asked to.

Dude was the #1 pick and didn't live up to it in the 80s. Why is he talking trash to one of the most dominant players in NBA history?

LeBron would have dominated even more in the 80s... LeBron is athletic version of Magic Johnson, so if Magic was top 5 player in the 80s then LeBron would have probably been best player in the 80s easily ...

Mychal Thompson also said that this Warriors team was better than the Showtime Lakers. Lebron is averaging a 30 point triple double against the Warriors during the last 2 finals.....pretty sure he could play in the 80's.
