This is a good lineup. Scott, Sloan. BARRY! Lacey was solid.

Regardless of who you put at the 2, that might be the best of the bunch so far. Very well-balanced, elite talent. And of course the smartest person ever as the coach

Man, Unseld at center, Johnson at PF. Short but they will beat the hell out of you.

I think April 16th would challenge them. All five are good passers and scorers. Wizard, Deng and Diaw are highly versatile players as well. Can't match the PG's on March 23rd but Kareem would dominate.

PG: Reggie Jackson
SG: Walt Williams
SF: Luol Deng
PF: Boris Diaw
C: Kareem Abdul-Jabbar

Great thread idea.

My team is pretty rough, and I could use some help because I haven't heard of most of these guys lol.

PG: Andy Phillip
SG: Ian Clark
SF: Sam Williams
PF: Jeff Withey
C: Litterial Green

Some other options, but I don't know who the majority of these places are lol.

Lol, I had no idea what to do with him. Easily the best averages, but such dated stats. Sounds like you'd vouch for him in the starting 5?

I have 5 total. 3 were born before the great depression:
Corky Devlin
Herb Scherer
and the oldest was somebody who sounds Japanese: Wataru Misaka who was born in 1923 and career stats are 3 games played, 3 for 13 from the field. He was 5'7" 150 lbs.

We won't be competing for the title anytime soon.

I can't even make a starting 5...Nov 9th shows only 4 players and they're all born from the 1930s -1960s. Where all the Millenials at?

John Battle (1962)
Anthony Bowie (1963)
Mel Davis (1950)
Frank Selvy (1932)

Yes, absolutely! Read up on him. He was a modern power forward at that time. Yes, the stats might be inflated but he lead the league in rebounding one of his three seasons, rookie of the year and all league 2nd team all three of his seasons.

May 29th:

PG - Richie Guerin
SG - Alonzo Gee
SF - Stanley Johnson
PF - Carmelo Anthony
C - Raef LaFrentz

Coach: 1968 Coach of the Year Richie Guerin

2 of the top 3 scoring seasons in Knicks history (one already in the hall), a good role player, and 2 low end role players. This team actually looks like something you'd see nowadays especially with the floor spacing.
