Dray is the DPOY but Durant has been easily a top 5 defender this season. He has been ridiculous on that end.

Durant and Antetokuomnpo are the only 2 guys in the league who aren't C or PF in the top 25 in blocks (and both are in the top 10).

Heat have been really impressive this road trip. Even if tonight is an L, Spoelstra is finding some guys who are competing for him.

I never really knew how good of a defender KD could be until the series vs. the Thunder last year. Certainly an upgrade over Barnes in that department. I never understood how people came to the conclusion that Barnes was a "good defender". He was average, above average at best.

Draymond needs to be suspended indefinitely, these kicks are a joke.

According to Draymond, unless you can dunk you aren't qualified to comment on kicking people while playing basketball.

"Suspend him indefinitely" lol. Why stop there? Send him to jail and throw away the key so this board can finally rejoice in solidarity.

Just fine or suspend him every time. He'll change eventually.

hey, remember when we talked about how kicking might put people at risk of injury and you tried to pretend that elbows are the real criminal, not kicks?
of course you don't.
making an exaggerated point about putting him in jail doesn't make you look any less ridiculous for defending this piece of crap. honestly not surprised you don't seem to have an issue with him actually hurting people, which is the entire point of why people think he needs to be punished.

Yes big guy, defend the stance that he should be suspended indefinitely and that he is without a shadow of a doubt a malicious, attacking player. You guys have it all figured out.
Never in my life have I seen such an uproar over something so ridiculously petty. Pathetic. And yes, elbows and diving on other players full force in loose ball situations are indeed far, far more dangerous than anything I have seen from a Draymond lifted leg (OK, barring Adams nuts, I'm sure that stung. I also think that particular case was worthy of a flagrant and/or ejection from the game).

Nostradamus
I called it before the Season even began in ken6199's predictions thread, the Hawks may not make the Playoffs.
They always do this. Start hot and then struggle. Now, they're down some stars too (Horford, Teague, etc), so it's even HARDER for them to recover from losing streaks.

Not sure position matters too much with those two, as they both have wingspans longer than most centres.
Durant has always been a very underrated defender, particularly in one on one situations. He isn't always "checked in" defensively but when he is, he's elite at that end of the floor.
