Where's the Lifetime ban for beating your wife?

seems like leagues investigation shows his bets were on games where he could affect the outcome (of the game and of the nature of the bet).

unfortunate for him, but a lifetime ban is probably the only way to go about this. You cannot have any players on any level betting on themselves, it affects the integrity of the game.

Reportedly there was a lot of money that came in on one game on the under for him hitting a 3 pointer. He left that game 3 minutes in as he told the team he was sick. He might have done something like this numerous times.

Absolutely deserved.

Yeah I'm sure he doesn't care at all that he's now banned from the highest level of the sport that he spent his whole life working on and is now known as the Pete Rose of the NBA. I'm sure he'll just go on with his daily life like nothing happened.

Sounds like he was using prop bets such as would Porter make a 3 pointer and telling his friends to take the under then tanking them.

From reading, he bet on associate's accounts, one bet was 80k to win 1.1mil and he underperformed. The bet was frozen after the game

In this case he deserves a ban, it was not just him gambling. He was tanking prop bets that were for him so his friends and probably he could win money. That is so messed up.
