Low salary cap+big luxery tax=good times
I think the combination of a lower salary cap and a higher luxury tax will remove some of the parody from the league by allowing some of the weaker teams to sign higher quality free agents while the stronger teams won't be able to resign their second or in some cases third superstar to extensions. Basically I'm hoping this will help to even the playing field somewhat for the whole league.
