Also, Bron's defense was sublime. Easily the best player on the floor tonight.

Yep, next level game from LeBron. Amazing defense in the paint, and superb transition D too.

That was a champion performance. Might be the best Finals game he's played since Game 2 in 2014.

Though Game 3 last year was pretty damn impressive too.

I havent seen the numbers in a while but i remember Lebron, Dirk and Mj kind of eclipsing everyone else.

I imagine Lebrons frequency is far more than dirks and maybe even mjs maybe..

Big 3 my ass.

Super star!

Such a disappointing game from him. At least Bosh played great defense in game 7 when he scored 0.

One of these days a road team is going to win a game 7 on the road in the finals again, it has been ages. Why not now?. Cavs will have all the momentum too if it comes down to that.

Agree, BUT two problems:

(1) Draymond will be back, he is absolutely the Warriors best player this series.

(2) Lue is a moron that continues to play Love. This will KILL the Cavs in a closer game. Until they bench Love, they have no chance.

You are not going to get great numbers from a big that was a 1st option and now a 3rd option unless they were a truly dominant big. Dude is virtually a spot up shooter in Cleveland.

Green being out was a deal-breaker.
Now that's the difference between first and last place.

This has got to be up there on his all time games liste right?

Thats with his "0" assists in the first half right? So 7 fimes in the second ( thanx kyrie) and really at least 8 overall.. 16 boards but its the jumpshot obviously that makes all the difference

Bird would have won 4 rings with that team, in this weak ass era of basketball.

Chris Bosh had 100x the impact that Kevin Love is having. If you are a good NBA player, you will figure out how to have a positive effect on the game.

You win at home and anything can happen in a best of 1. At the risk of being nauseatingly repetitive (I've said this several times on this thread) you have to throw all conventional wisdom out the window when it comes to finals game 7s. These games are unlike anything else, players play tight, those games are routinely much lower scoring than the rest of the series and all 7 of the finals game 7s that we have seen post merger were toss up games in the 4th. The home team happened to win the last 6 in a row, but that's bound to change at some point. Why not when you have mr elimination game and mr game 7 leading you? The tightness may even be amplified on golden states part given that they'd be on the verge of potentially blowing a 3-1 lead. At minimum you have to say the Cavs odds are way better than they looked 3 hours ago

I was impressed by his activity on defense tonight. Didn't think he had that in him any more.

There'll be 2 days off until game 6 (and another 2 until game 7 if necessary) - can he keep up this effort?

If continues to make jumpshots and play the same defense, AND the Cavs play tighter defense/Kyrie continues to light it up like this, they have an outside chance at an upset.

I highly doubt it, of course - but what a way to win one for the land if that were the case.

28/12/8/2/2 on 56% TS in 38.7 MPG (5 TO/G). ~31 PER in the series.
