Nash - Best pure shooter in the game

Jennings - Maybe a homer pick since I've seen him play more then any point guard this season but his end to end speed with the ball in his hands is amazing.

Wade - May not be the craftiest dribbler in the game (ala Alston) but his ability to dribble through traffic amazing me.

LeBron - To me vertical goes in with the "physique" aspect so I'm not doing one of each, LeBron is a freak.

To simplify (you can make the argument for a lot of other players as well btw):

Nash for ballhandling, shooting
LeBron for speed, physique and vertical

are you all insane? who wants to be 6'8+ and jacked beyond comprehension?

for a brief 13 year stint in the NBA, it would pay major dividends to be lebron''s size but i don't want to stoop under doorframes for the rest of my life because of it. i'd much rather be dwyane wade's physique than anyone else in the NBA. 6'4 and built like a normal human being, and not a twig like most guards are in the NBA. Seriously, 6 footers are not supposed to be 180 lbs. that's practically a waif model.

shooting: nash
speed: rondo
handles: hot sauce
vert: vince or nate. it's pretty much the same ~40in.
physique: wade.

When you're talking shooting you have to think of the release point, the speed of the release, the ability to hit difficult shots and the variety of shots they can take.

I'm not sure if I agree with the Kobe pick, but it's the most interesting one.

Imagine Yao with the vert of Nate, the speed of Barbosa, the handling of nash, and the shooting of Allen.

LOL....firstly, hypothetical questions don't need too much thought as to a day in the life. Secondly, when you are hypothetically LeBrons sizes, Nash's shooting ability etc, you'd be so rich and well known you could afford to buy all the worlds doors and have them adjusted.

That said,
shooting: dirk
speed: patty mills/ rodman
handles: deron
vert: you could say some volleyball player or something but any of the nate/ dwight/ lebron/ jsmoove
physique: Lebron

since when is dwayne wade built like a normal human being? he's like 6'3''-4'' 220. He's built like a tank. Where do you see all these regular dudes who are that big? Also, if you think a 6 foot male being 180 is practically a waif model then you must be from a fat family or something. That's technically slightly thinner than average, but the average person has gotten sooo much fatter in the last 40 years. The average weight of man was 166 lbs in the 1960, in 2002 it was 191.

Basketball players are not all that big in their upper body especially chest

Image

that's above average but nothing amazing. His mass is in his legs.

Kobe is skinny too

Image

Lebron isn't all that big in his upper body either although he has strong shoulders

Image

I'd love to have

shooting-Nash
speed-Ellis
ball handling-Rose
vertical-Nate
physique( athletic ability, winspan height etc)-Azubuike

Image

6'7, strong everywhere.
