Okafor has crazy length and seems to have reasonable agility for his size - I think the right coach could bring out a much more respectable defender. There's not a lot of teams that can throw out 2 floor spacing bigs, he should be able to guard a pick and roll.

Wiggins, but he has to show quite a jump this year. You do not see any greats posting a total negative VORP over their first two years. Not too many all-stars do either.
As for Okafor, it's questionable whether he will ever even have a positive impact on court unless his pick and roll defense improved markedly. Even on offense, a much more efficient Okafor might still mean a negative impact on court because throwing the ball into the post isn't what the best offenses are anchored by.
So, even though I don't think Wiggins will be top 10 type difference maker, he'll make more of an impact than a guy who plays an anachronistic game that doesn't fit in today's NBA.
