Who would you rather have on your team?

I'd rather have Simmons.

Who would I rather have on my team? Wiggins because he can somewhat shoot the ball.

Who would I rather build around? Simmons because he's a three way threat as a passer, slasher, and rebounder. Right now, I'd call upon Simmons to create offense for my team over Wiggins.

Im saying Wiggins since hes been in the league longer . What dont know what Ben is really going to turn out to be until 3/4 of season. The 76ers are not going make the playoffs either way but I'm curious to see what kind of numbers he can put up after one season.

Even if you're going to vote simmons, these comparisons don't work when 1 guy hasn't played in the league yet. Not an even playing field.

Wiggins. I'm not sold on Simmons, he will need to prove me wrong. Wiggins is at least a lock down defender with great slashing skills. He is still getting better, too. Simmons is a questionable, all potential rookie at this point.

Wiggins is a pretty underwhelming defender but he has a bunch of potential. I'd take Wiggins I guess because Simmons isn't a fit with Giannis at all.

Simmons based on potential, I guess. Not too enthusiastic here.

Wiggins has a negative VORP and negative BPM in each of his first two seasons. How many players become all-stars given those two things? This will be the year to see what Wiggins can become especially with Thibs' defensive mentoring, but I doubt he can be a major difference maker.

I'm not sure Simmons can either with his shooting, but at least he hasn't posted a negative VORP and BPM on his rookie and sophomore seasons like Wiggins has.

Wiggins. He has huge defensive potential but is a bad defender right now. Heat could definitely teach him a thing or two in that regard. An Andrew Wiggins-Justise Winslow wing duo would be pretty insane.

Simmons. I'm a sucker for bigs who can pass and I think eventually his shooting will come around.

Simmons I guess, Jazz really need a superstar to put us over the top, and I think Simmons has a higher chance of getting their at this point. He also fills a more unique niche for us longterm, while Wiggins just kind of feels like a worse version of Hayward.

I totally get why someone would take Wiggins, but I'm really intrigued by Simmons. He's just more naturally talented at more facets of the game, if he was a better shooter this wouldn't even be debatable imo. And that's a pretty good weakness to have, hire a great shooting coach staff and get him in the gym for hours and hours and who knows what player you got in 4-5 years.
