Poll question edited to add D'Antoni to OKC.

Rockets have the better cast. That OKC team would have a tough time getting reliable offense but, they should have the better defense though. I like to see Harden run a lot of P&R that team would give him limited options to kick the ball to.

Russel definitely benefits from the floor spacing that he'd get with the Houston cast. I don't believe Dantoni makes a difference, that roster does not have the ideal personnel for his system. I don't see him adjusting very well.

Just watch Harden in 2014/15 where his options on the perimeter was Josh Smith and Corey Brewer.

Harden isn't playing like he did in 14/15 anymore.

If he was, this is an interesting argument. If not, then it's westbrook rockets easily.

The defense alone would be much better

What about the hypothetical Roberson on defense vs. Westbrook on offense? How does that play?

Would Roberson be able to neutralize Westbrook to some degree?

He could, and I actually think he would do a better job on Westbrook than Beverly did.

I agree. Westbrook at times seemed too powerful and explosive for the smaller Beverly.

Dunno, Westbrook seemed to force him into tough jumpers. Though they switched to Ariza late when he was gonna shoot jumpers anyway

If antoni is on okc does that mean McDermott and Abrines get more playing time to provide the spacing necessary for antoni offense?

Probably a lineup of harden, oladipo, abrines, McDermott and Adams gets played a lot. Probably opens up the offense and they get roasted on defense.

McDermott is one of the worst NBA players.

Think the series is probably a bit closer (mostly due to MDA), Rockets still win.

Houston w/Westbrook so long as Westbrook shares the ball in the fourth quarter.

Houston constructed its roster better than OKC around its star.
