The Hawks have already taken the first two games against the Hornets this year in back-to-back games at the beginning of the season.

The Charlotte Hornets are currently on a seven game losing streak and it doesn't look to be coming to an end anytime soon. They are coming off of a four game road trip and hopefully being home again can boost their spirits.

Charlotte has played much better at The Hive this season than they have on the road. They are 13-7 at home this year compared to only 4-13 away from home.

Best Match-up to Watch:

Kemba Walker vs Jeff Teague

Jeff Teague is coming off of an all-star season last year...He is one of the fastest guards in the league and his ability to attack the paint is at the top of the NBA. He has improved his three-point shooting this season dramatically which makes him that much more dangerous.

Kemba Walker is having one of the best seasons of his career and has pushed his name into the conversation of top-10 point guards this year. He was playing great but as of late he has struggled with his shot and the team is losing every game.

Teague is averaging 15.2 points per game and 5.6 assists per game this season.

Kemba is averaging 19.0 points per game and 4.9 assists per game this season.

Terrible start. Hornets up 10-2 early, and the boys look very rusty.

Bout tired of seeing them claw back in games so often.

Currently down,
Hawks had been favored by 2.5 points going into the game.

Teague has been very bad out there. His string of mistakes and bad shots is what ended up swelling their lead from 2 to 13 the second time around.

They can get up for a hot bulls team, have time off to look poor vs a struggling hornets team.

I sincerely hope coach Bud tears into these guys after this game. The team loses to yet another team it shouldn't be losing to, and this time by way of blowout. This has happened wayyyy too many times this season. Schedule gets very tough starting in February, and instead of building a cushion in the East, the Hawks are blowing very winnable games.

Yikes, Al. Had the same number of fouls (4) and turnovers (4) as points and rebounds combined (4). Far cry from 33, 10, 6, and 4. Team just can't survive both him and Jeffrey dogging it in a night.
