With 13 months in the coach's chair and his first full season coming to a close, feels like a good time to evaluate the job Coach Snyder has done since coming in for Nate.

Player Development: A-
Trae, Dejounte, Jalen are having career years. Bogdan is looking spry and efficient. Saddiq lost his shot, but was still a productive contributor. Okongwu looked good when healthy. Clint has recovered a bit since his injury. Vit, Garrison and Kobe look like useful role players. The minus is for AJ Griffin. No idea what to think there.

Offensive Implementation: A
Top-10 offense for the season, even with all the injuries. Was top-5 for the start of the season;

Defensive Implementation: C-
Room for improvement.

Rotation/Substitutions: B-
Room for improvement

Overall Grade: B
Feels like the franchise is in good hands on the court...

These two really sum up the good things QS has accomplished since coming aboard.

Quin's biggest accomplishment:

So far, I am happy with Quin. This is just his first full year.

I think everyone is getting comfortable in Quin's schemes on both sides of the ball. To Wes Matthews' point they just didn't have the consistency earlier in the season.

Good Coaching to keep us afloat through all this uncertainty and player injuries...
