It's possible, because a prorated $1M should come from more than the 10+ Vet minimum of $1,551,659.

EDIT : the $1M are what he's paid for the rest of the season, so it's higher than the minimum.
The MLE was used, so there is about 1.6M left on it (The MLE is prorated since Jan. 10th, with 2.63M left on Mar. 3rd)

Free-agent forward Kris Humphries plans to sign a non-guaranteed deal with the Philadelphia 76ers, league sources told The Vertical.

Humphries had strong workouts for the 76ers on Monday and Tuesday, and will have an opportunity to make the team’s opening-night roster as insurance in the frontcourt. Humphries is expected to report to the 76ers on Sunday for training camp.
