Love you man. Really appreciate you taking the time.

It is starting to get a little creepy because I haven't left the room in a bit, but this is way more important than crappy summer league.

A couple people asked why I haven't put it on my Twitter. It isn't my source. That would be unethical, so I can't do that. I can just re-tweet what the real guys are hearing. If you want to know who I am with, you can probably figure it out fairly easily.

And if you want to follow me, I'll take it! @KeithSmithNBA :)

I think I've been mentally blocking myself from considering what the roster would actually look like with Durant. Holy crap that team looks great.

I have a Bostonian friend, and he is on the verge of smoking crack to alleviate the emotional stress. I have stated for about ten months that Boston is legitimately the best option for Kevin Durant.

Lol well tell him there are likely better ways for him to alleviate the stress. This very message board, for example.

It's GS vs Boston, boys.

He said his decision was a PT exclusive several months back. Don't read too much into it.

Had zero idea about this Durant thread as I just refreshed the other one. Did he share positive or negative news

Man i'm so **** nervous. I can't imagine what OKC fans are going through right now. We've been talking about today since last year, some saying yeah its possible, others never really believing that Durant would ever be interested in Boston. We saw the teasing with IT. Our owners fireworks comments. A lot of disappointments between then. You see guys like Potroast tweeting about KD to Boston non-stop. Then **** starting to get real, Durant has a **** meeting with the Celtics. One of 6 teams to get a meeting with him. Everyone lost their **** then, then we get Al Horford who Durant really wants and we all go crazy. Then Brady (BRADY) starts recruiting Durant. All of this has been too much. KD has to come here.

That would be huge. Much rather rely on him for 20 mpg than Sullinger.

Bringing Amir back would be clutch if KD comes.

Really like his game and would be a perfect bench big for us.

Apparently Al Horford and Isaiah Thomas are texting him like crazy. And Isaiah is trying to convince Crawford to take the room exception if they land KD.

They also said Ainge asked for one more chance to talk to him, but they are staying true to what they set up. Everyone got their shot and OKC gets the rebuttal if you will.

Same. I think the alpha dog stuff is silly. I think KD is a beta but with his talent it wouldn't matter.

It maybe silly but there are not too many beta stars leading NBA teams to titles.

Curry.

I did not say there were none. It is rare. I will stick with the Alphas - Bird, Jordan, KG, Duncan, Magic, Lebron, ect

Again I do not think KD will go to GSW. He does not want to play second fiddle.

Just dying. KD is our city.

That's no exaggeration. To us it's basically a referendum on every bit of progress we've made in the last 20 years as a city. Whether that's true or not, it feels like it.

We already can't get free agents. If we can't get our own we just have to pray Presti keeps hitting in the draft.

What about the reported phone call with Jerry West yesterday?

That's not really true to his word...
