Not so sure about that. Collison is a pussy.

Okay? So he got hit in the head. And? Doesn't change the fact that he's a center who provoked a second-year point guard.

Well i guess i shouldnt debate with you about your vast knowledge of collison being a pussy. You must have fought him in some mid-west country bar and not even broken a sweat to be that sure of yourself.

Ah. Because in order to call a 6'10", 260 lb. player who tried to fight someone nearly half his size a pussy, I'd have to fight him myself.

Perfect, sound logic.

Look: if you're an NBA center and you go out of your way to pick a fight with a second-year point guard, you are, in fact, a pussy.

If Blake Griffin (or God forbid KG) would have done what Collison did, EVERYONE would be screaming "PUSSY!! DIRTY PLAYER!!"

Anyway, props to Austin Rivers for standing up to that goon. Doc raised that boy right.

If youre an NBA center you should go out of your way to intimidate everyone especially little guys trying to get in your paint.

KG and Perk got the same flake when they were here, KG has gotten it his whole career. Its about intimidation. Collison isnt pounding on Rivers, hes letting him know to knock the **** off or he will get hurt.

That's not being a pussy, thats being an enforcer.

Bill Simmons on the Bucks' sale and the huge explosion of NBA franchise values:

So that was the conundrum: NBA teams are clearly ego purchases, but rich guys hate losing money … and that’s about ego, too. In 2010 and 2011, six NBA franchises sold or changed hands, and another four were practically thrown on Craigslist.2 That’s one-third of the league. A steady stream of billionaires crunched numbers and came to the same conclusion: Unless it’s a killer market, the NBA isn’t a good investment. During 2011’s lockout, Philly sold for a measly $280 million as the league frantically looked for a New Orleans buyer (and didn’t find one).

Everything flipped in December of that year, after the NBA negotiated an owner-favorable collective bargaining agreement (and then some) that included a 50-50 revenue split, shorter long-term deals and a more punitive luxury tax system...

Throw in the other breaks and that’s how you end up climbing from here …

June 2011: Detroit, $325 million
October 2011: Philly, $280 million
June 2012: New Orleans, $338 million
October 2012: Memphis, $377 million

To here …

May 2013: Sacramento, $534 million
April 2014: Milwaukee, $550 million

Headed to watch Clippers-Dubs at Staples today. Be fun to go to a playoff game I have no particular investment in.

BTW, KG was known to have beef with many smaller players in his day. Intimidation is part of the game, don't worry about it.

Didn't think I'd care one way or another about the Nets, but now that I'm watching the game I'm rooting hard for KG & Pierce. Looks like we cut bait with KG at just the right time, though...

Yeah KG looks pretty bad out there but Kidd doesn't really give him much playing time to get into rhythm. He needs to play more and continue to shoot more.

Stuck at a freaking retirement home with my girl her fam and grandma. So hot in here I'm going crazy. No one is even speaking to each other.

I want to watch this game SO badly. Get me out of here.

KG is looking horrid based on his boxscore

Man raps fans complain about the refs more than anyone. Glad nets delivered some justice.

Easily the most annoying fan base right now. And it's not just limited to RealGM, it's everywhere.

Just a step down from Knicks fans.

BTW....Playoffs in Western conference will be spectacular this year. Really great teams...compared to Eastern conference it looks like another league on another planet :D

He saw the cover RT @cathalkelly: Paul Pierce, on if he'd ever played w/out a shot clock: 'I don't remember. Because I'm a dinosaur.'

Especially since they called a T on O'Neal for hitting the ball after that dunk.
