Sending the New Zealand kid would be a nice move.

New Zealand Kid or a Marathon survivor would be cool. Can't go wrong with Russ or Mike Gorman as well.

Rasheed Wallace so he can yell "Ball don't lie!!" no matter how the results go.

Really can't believe I made my first post in who knows how long just to say that...

I honestly think it's below Bill's dignity. He's Bill Damn Russell. Who cares if we get the 3rd pick or 6th pick in the 2014 draft? Please.

I feel surprisingly strongly that Danny should go. It's his world and job. Red called him lucky upon hiring him; let's see it!

Yup, the Cavs have had THREE #1 picks in the last 11 years and the franchise still sucks. Yet with the constant melodrama that goes on in this forum, you'd expect some of our posters to be on death watch if we can't get one top three pick.

Makes perfect sense.

I don't know why anyone would love, or even like him as it stands. Does he get bring Mazz along for the ride to sit on his lap while constantly spouting "You're absolutely right, Mike!"

Chris Babb

Good question though, I say any former top 3 pick who won a title in Boston..

I would like to see someone like Ainge or Rondo react to getting the top pick though on the off chance it did happen

Definitely agree with this. It would be an opportunity of a lifetime for that kid, and the Celtics organization loves to do good things. Plus kids seem to be lucky at the draft lottery, Dan Gilbert's son was there when the Cavs got the #1 pick twice in a period of 3 years.
