Factoring in that Marcum is going to get a raise in the off-season and that one or both these guys may improve...
Who do you take going forward?

If he could ever stay healthy I would be inclined to agree with you, but he is oft injured as anyone and really hasn't had a full breakout season yet to even show he can be a mainstay in a rotation.
