Definitely in the top 20. Maybe top 15. You have to remember that JV wasn't the dominate(2011 and 2012) pitcher that he is now in the beginning of his major league career. His 2013 season wasn't great but still good. The thing that concerns me is the velocity drop in 2013. He looked great in the postseason so hopefully that carries over into 2014.
