I'd take Price first, not sure about the others.

Price is just learning how to pitch at the big league level.

His struggles early on were due to lack of location of his fastball, and lack of command on his slider/changeup.

He has improved a lot the last month or two.
Basketball is driven by three principles:

1) Movement 2) Application of fundamentals 3) Predictability
