Mo pete was always scoring with the Raptors, even off the bench...but now he looks clueless on the court. A shooting guard is giving that name for a reason....hit the dam shots!! When he shoots it looks so awkward im like Wtf every time he shoots. He looks terrified when he drives to the lane.....cmon Mopete...we're winning without your contribution on offense and thats what you were brought here for.If mopete added just a mere 15ppg that would make us even more devastating to face.

He's still playing alright D, but yeah, his shot has been off. Thing about Mo though is that when he's on, he can carry them to a win (and has a few times this year).

I think Bonzi will take more and more of his minutes down the stretch, and Mo will settle in as a low-stress 20mpg fixture in the starting lineup. His shot's off but he's still a hard worker and a great presence in the locker room.

When he was with the raptors, he was the go to guy on the wings. When he entered the game he knew he was going to get the ball. With the Hornets he's now 3rd or 4th fiddle. He's not prepared to shoot it when it comes his way. Hornets thought they were getting shooter who can also be a scorer...Unfortunately he's a scorer who can shoot it a little....

If that makes any sense???? :)

When he's hot, he's HOT. Getting him hot is the problem though. Usually when he gets a few easy looks really early in a game, things come to him easier.

He's averaging fewer shots than Tyson (albeit in fewer minutes). That's just shameful for a wing player, especially one who could be such a bigger threat on offense. Essentially, he's a 4th option right now, and sometimes lobs to Chandler seem to be more of a priority than getting it to Mo. Peterson has actually been pretty efficient this season, moreso than David West, but West is infinitely better at creating for himself. Mo isn't the best at creating off the dribble, so he ends up passing up a lot of shots, and he often becomes relegated to being a standstill shooter. He showed a lot more variety in his earlier years in Toronto, but towards the end he became a 3 point specialist more than anything else.

He's not playing up to his capabilities, but I don't think his peak play is very high at this point. The Hornets are going to want to find a steady replacement for him moving forward.

Hey Im a big Mo fan from Toronto, and I think his best b-ball has gone, he is going to turn 31 years old now and he is not as athletic as he used to be. If you give him more shots, he will produce. Go Mopete!!

Mo wasn't really that athletic to start with. His game is more on working hard on Defence..and offence he's a HOT/COLD player. Specially his shot is really streaky. He's offence was always either the Corner pocket 3 or the backdoor cut. So I wouldn't put too much pressure on MoPete on offence because he's NOT gonna carry the load CONSISTENTLY.
