Dodgers-Phillies deal

James Loney/Jonathan Broxton/minor league prospect
for
Ryan Howard

Phillies cut ties with Howard while getting a good 1B prospect, good RP prospect, and a minor leaguer.

Dodgers get a big power bat for the middle of their lineup...ya know, the guy Andruw was supposed to be
