Yeah, I doubt many have, unless you are a Rangers fan, or just hardcore prospect nerd. But I read a scouting report on him during last season and have liked him since. But Heredia is definitely a top 100 prospect, and one of the 5 pitchers I would have in the running had I made a pitcher pick (I rarely do). And Elier was known to be right there with Ronald as far as international bonus babies go this past year, it's just that the same guy who wrote the glowing scouting report on Akins said Guzman was "the best 16-year-old he's ever seen" and people have been going crazy over him since then it seems. I likely could have waited to pick Akins too since he's such an unknown but just didn't want to risk it.
