fantasy points league- pitchers

This year in my fantasy keeper league we changed it up to points league.... the draft was brutal but came out pretty good. the only thing i really wanted to work on is pitching...(never did points league and heard that to win the league your pitching has to be dominate. so racked up on sp)
12 start max (so the 8 starters should work with the two closers)

greinke
halladay
haren
kuroda
d holland
parker

now the question is ... having a okay pitching with d holland and j parker at the bottom of the pack. im sure there are some pitchers that are coming up in the ranks (none like strasburg) does anyone know any soon to be aces around that i could take a reasonable risk?
