Wow that's just messed up. How can you even compare a disaster caused by terrorists to basketball? That disgusts me.

Remember you had posters saying how ridiculous it was to wish harm(personal injury) on these guys?

Well this is why some fans feel this way.

I really believe they will fail miserably and Stern is irate in their joining forces probably more than we could imagine.

Wade and his butt buddies played with NY (and the entire NBA for that matter) throughout the whole FA process and then he makes this douchebag comment. Oh man, the amount of hate I have for the three lovers down in Miami is incalculable.

Honestly, what was going through this guys head when he said this? He really thought this was a fair analogy? Thousands of people dieing and iconic buildings falling compared to a few games lost?

I have a feeling that "The 3" are going to need some serious security when they play the Knicks, even more now after this preposterous quote. :nonono:

Wooo.. First Heat game in New York, I'm there booing every time these guys touch the ball. Seriously, we should organize a group to go and just rain boos and perfectly timed chants on these guys.

Who knows...

For crying out loud they even edit out World Trade references in Rap Songs. Then the fact he thinks they will have this much attention on the league.

If fans are smart and to be honest it starts in New York when it comes to media attention and ratings you all should be at the forefront of movement to not watch their games with exception of playing

New York
Cleveland
Raptors

If you intentionally plan or buy out time to watch them play any other team....really like New Yorkers say on Hip-Hop radio..GO KILL YOURSELF

This team needs a real goon. A real Oakley, Mason or X-man type again. Somebody needs to send this clown to the trainers room.

He's only adding fuel to the fire so we need to keep that in mind when we play them.

ACTUAL QUOTE

"There's going to be times when we lose 2-3 games in a row, and it seems like the world has crashed down. You all are going to make it seem like the World Trade is coming down again, but it's not going to be nothing but a couple basketball games.
