The way we get our big man

Post#1 » by Idunkonyou2 » Sun Dec 26, 2010 12:49 am

I'm pretty sure most will hate this, but IMO it would be a great way to get our backup big and a solid backup PG.

Magic trade:

Nelson
QRich
Duhon
Allen

Clippers trade:

B. Davis
Jordan
Cook
Future 1st rounder

Magic after trade:

Arenas, Davis, Williams
Richardson, Redick
Hedo, Clark
Bass, Anderson, Cook
Howard, Jordan, Orton

nelson would be a great 6th man but right now gilbert isn't playing good enough to start or get big minutes. his shooting has been terrible. no trade on nelson. and i don't think dwight would allow it.

we could get a big man out of duhon and a 2nd round pick.

Jordan is too inexperienced for our needs. Great young player, but we need a big body solely to collect rebounds and maybe tip in a few buckets

I won't ever be comfortable with trading Jameer.

But especially while Gil has been shooting so terrible. There's no way he can start for us right now. He's had bad shooting nights in 3 out of the 4 games he has played with us.

U seriously post a thread about trading Nelson a few hours after he hits 2 clutch threes to give us a lead we don't give up while playing the Celtics?

I think the need to get a big a man is kind of blown out of proportion. what we lost in size, we partially make up with toughness. we've got people playing tougher (see Rashard and VC) and contributing to better team defense.

You're sh**ting me, right? LOL

Trading Jameer is like trading Orlando's heart away.

He's evolved into a clutch shooter over the years and this season.

Long live Mighty Mouse. \m/
