I watched Okur's interview at a Turkish TV and he said that he feels great right now but he doesn't want to play until he is 100% fit. He said even if I'm feeling 99% fit, I won't play. He talked about his mistake regarding coming too soon last year after his injury and he said that was the cause of his back problems.

I think he will be ready when the season starts.

Seriously though, who knows how Kanter will really turn out...but I am optimistic. I am loving his personality and eager to come play for the Jazz. Hope its genuine and he turns out to be great and can get us back into the playoffs soon.

Is it me, or is "the UnderKanter" the dumbest thing you've ever heard? The Undertaker sure, but underKanter? I mean, why not name all our guys like that. BlindersHarris, pumpfakeJefferson, blockedyoassFavors, missionaryHayward, geekedouttattooKirilenko, chuckthisballMiles. The days of using players last names or whatever as part of their nicknames needs to end.
