Bickley calls for Max Hall at QB

Post#1 » by Mr. Sun » Tue Sep 28, 2010 3:03 pm

Couldn't agree more with Bickley....
In the end, he's lucky the Cardinals aren't winless, just like that fractured team in San Francisco. And that's precisely why it's the perfect time to hand the ball to Hall. With two victories in pocket, the Cardinals don't have to win another game until they play Seattle after the bye week. This would be a pre-emptive strike, and really, could the backup be any worse than the incumbent?

"I was glad I had an opportunity to get my toes wet against Atlanta," Hall said. "I tried to force one pass, and I learned my lesson."

The Cardinals should do the same. In the NFL, you can't survive on lucky charms forever.

He will start at some point this season unless we trade for Kevin Kolb or someone else.

Bickley is a moron. Max Hall is going to come in and get destroyed. What you've seen in the preseason is far from what you'll see what he does in real play. Ride out DA some more, its only been 3 games ffs. I know he looks bad, but cmon...you're asking for an UDFA to come in and light a spark? Are you insane?

I'd love for Hall to be the QB of the future, but damn, I don't think he's ready.....you think DA's chemistry with the receivers is bad? Max Hall has been throwing to Max Komar, Onrea Jones, Jim Dray in camp/practice/preseason.

I'm not ready for Max yet. Not until week 10 IMO, at the earliest.

Hall didn't look bad at all for being thrown into the game unexpectedly. Let's see if he gets better in full quarters.

We have the worst defense in the league.

He looked fine under these circumstances. Not much you can expect out of him..the O-line got torn to sh*t.

Gregg Williams (New Orleans D coordinator) vs Max Hall next week...oh god.

Seems to have a better handle of putting the ball where it should be over Anderson.

Like his accuracy a lot more that's for sure. He's probably already better than DA.
