I always found it amusing when Arsenal fans sang 'Gypsies, tramps, and thieves' to Spurs fans.

They're sp*rs fans, of course it's acceptable.

Seriously though, it makes the racism stuff more blurry because abuse is acceptable for other things such as the colour of your shirt. The grey area becomes larger.

this is the part of soccer that makes it still seem so distant to me.

I thought other than race/illness nothing is off limits in football.

I heard another version of the same chants when United play Liverpool. :lol:
