Yeah, seems like we're going to go with the same players plus some rookies and hope for the best on defense which worries me.

If Nick Collins is ready to go, I understand the approach. If not, I'm deeply concerned.

Fair Deal IMO

I hope Grant signs a decent deal.

I REALLY hope that Muir signed a minimum deal.

I don't think it's only just a philosophy issue. With as many good players as Ted has drafted, they don't stay on cheap rookie contracts forever and then they need to be paid if TT wants to keep them. It's the only downside to drafting really well.

Look at all of the contract extensions he's given out the last few years and Raji, Matthews, and Rodgers are looming. Just imagine what Aaron and Clay will cost.

Hargrove's combine numbers:

Height: 6033 Weight: 255 lb 40 Time: 4.60 10 YD Split: 1.59 Shuttle: 4.24 3 Cone: 7.14 Vertical: 39½ in. Broad Jump:10'06" Bench @ 225: 31

Definitely seems like he's a 3-4 OLB at his natural weight.

God I hope we don't give Ryan Grant a deal.

Can we please move on from him? I've seen him run into the back of his teammates enough times.

I'd be shocked if we brought Grant back. I think Teddy Bear is totally fine with Starks/Green/Saine. Alex Green is going to BLOW UP this season.

Hope you're right.

I'm a huge Starks fan (see av) and he deserves that definitive starting role. If Alex Green really does blow up, howerver, he needs to be getting lots of playing time as well. Just anyone but Grant. PLEASE!

Starks/Green/Saine isn't too bad.

Yeah, I love Starks as well. He and Green should see close to a 50/50 split I think. Should complement each other well. Grant will probably end up getting overpaid by somebody.

Pead is a good fit for sure. If he's there at 92 I'd be alright with that pick. He can actually pick up blitzes!
