The point is this is a NY Knick Message to discuss all things Knicks. It's not a Nostradamus site we claim to be able to tell the future. It's about being knowledgable and informed.

There are no good Euros this year. We should keep doing what we're good at and draft seniors. That Machado kid looks like a true PG, a solid backup there is our biggest need.

I thought there were a few good euros who didn't declare last yr or pulled out

I think we got best player available. We have to. There's ALWAYS a couple of really good guys that fall. At 45 there will be some project first rounder that we could get. (Not saying we have- obviously there are reasons some of these guys fall).

If we don't.... I really want a burly PF. I know we have Jorts, but I'm thinking someone more like Samardo Samuels or DeJuan Blair.

I guess the big question will be who will drop! That 1st round prospect that for some reason drops to the Knicks in the middle of the 2nd round. Although why does it always feel like the Knicks find some obscure guy where everyone is like.... who?

No question we need BPA, the only position we don't NEED is SF and that depends on Fields situation

Ratliffe (sp?) is the PF from Mizzou. HUGE fan of his game. Really hard worker on both ends of the court around the basket. Only downside -- undersized. Can be a Brandon Bass type player IMO.
