He got better each year and took them to the second round of the playoffs in his final two seasons. Hawks probably won't make it past the first round this season. He's also doing a very good job coaching the Knicks with a bunch of crap at the point right now. The Knicks believe it or not are one of the better defensive teams this season. I say he's done well for himself in his two coaching spots. Plus, he's not afraid to get in a players face and call them out on their crappy play.
