Glad there are a few off days before this one, hopefully all is quiet on the Derrick Rose injury front during the down time. I'm looking forward to watching them lock up that #1 seed!

If Heat were to lose to Houston or Boston this could become a rest game for the Bulls. But would depend on how much we still want HCA over S.A who we are tied with in the loss column.

Spurs will play Cleveland and Portland before we play this game.

Regardless of our scenarios, Indy is locked into 3rd and may rest players themselves.

I think Pacers are crazy enough that they will rest their players as they will believe since they are locked into the 3rd seed, they can beat either Miami or Chicago.
Although, we have heard a lot about the Bulls from the Pacers ...I think I have heard a statement or two that they are not scared of the Heat either.

It's Indy's last game. So I'd be shocked if they went all out, knowing they're locked into 3rd and highly unlikely to face Bulls until ECF. I certainly don't expect the Bulls to go all out; most likely another listless effort from them as well.

I'm not so sure about that. I expect Thibs to try and get Rose into the groove so I think we'll try and play hard.

Oh, I certainly expect Thibs and the players to say the right stuff. The rotations to be the same. Deng with 40min, DRose 30-35 if healthy. I just don't expect the players on the court to go all out. It'll be like the Dal game last night, Wiz game or any of the last 10 or so, Bull's efforts - lackluster and looking ahead.

I would guess that they would rest their starters. The game means nothing for them.

I don't know what kind of message could really be sent by either team, since the odds of meeting in the playoffs are looking pretty slim.

I'd be weary of starting our main guys if Miami loses tonight. Indiana is a very physical team and this will be an intense game from them probably. At the very least, rest Boozer, Deng, Rose, and Hamilton. Especially Boozer.
