You just wait until we trade Terrence Ross for Wesley Matthews.

EDIT: Who am I kidding, we'd be lucky to get Matthews. Meant to say Morrow.

EDIT. Who am I kidding, we'd be lucky to get Morrow. Meant to say Jared Dudley.

EDIT: Nevermind, it's too hard to find someone that would be a realistic trade and be as bad as Martell has been.

I think I would rather have Dudley then Matthews or Morrow.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.

Why not?

Morrow is only a great shooter. Bad defender, bad athlete, can't create.

Wes Matthews is a good all-around guy, but has a contract that is a lot bigger then Dudley's.

Dudley is a great role-player. 13 points, while shooting around 50 from the field and 40 from 3 while playing pretty solid defense is all you can really ask for.

I don't know how I'd rank them, but those are probably the types of players we could get with the #16 or whatever pick.

Maybe if we want to pay Batum $10-11M and Portland does not, then maybe they'll take the #16 pick and a giant TPE in a S&T?

That'd be nice...but we'd have to basically have an agreement with them during the draft to take the guy they want...then want for free agency and hope no one offers Batum any more money then that. Might be hard to do.

Hmm, good point. They could still trade him without the extension at draft time though, right? That way we'd get his RFA rights.

Frye would totally light up the Jazz from outside in this one.

Jazz need to lock down the 3 and defend the p&r. Force Nash to take more shots.

They wouldn't want to move him unless they have a firm idea of what offers are coming his way and they can decide if it's too much. He could also tell the Blazers not to match or if they do to trade him.

Moving Wallace pretty much gave off the signal that they're willing to match majority of the offers.

winning teams bring out the confidence in the weak. I have no doubt Wes Johnson would be a revelation on the celtics
