Carmelo Anthony: Biggest (Playoff) Loser

Postby Da_Mane_Man on Mon Apr 30, 2012 12:05 pm

Anthony played his 50th career playoff game Saturday, a 100-67 massacre at the hands of the Miami Heat. Heading into Monday's Game 2, Anthony now owns a 16-34 career postseason record (.320)—the worst of any player who has appeared in that many postseason games since 1991-92.

I'm sorry but that's such a worthless stat. Games are not played in a vaccuum so that doesn't take into consideration the teams he played against.

I would rather have that record than someone who doesn't even make the playoffs...

You guys should all have Romney avatars with all the flip flopping you do whenever we have a bad loss. Melo has gone from God to garbage in 1 game. Astounding, even for so called Knicks

Melo got dominated by our arch nemesis Lebron James

What do you expect?

Seriously. It's pathetic. Just like I said earlier this season when he was struggling...just wait until he starts going off and carrying the team. You're gonna praise him to the rafters and beyond if he does that again.

Only record that counts right now is 0-1.

Everything can change tonight and we control our destiny. Knicks just have to go out and do it

This times 1,000.

Only a (Please Use More Appropriate Word) monkey believes what this moron wrote. The year Lebron's Cavs got destroyed by the Spurs? Melo's Nuggets put up a much better fight. But zomg.. it happened in the 1st round, so must be worse!

Having never missed the playoffs is a good stat to have. Unfortunately Melo had been in the West and had a coach who was the worst "best" coach in playoff history.

It's always the supporting cast's fault, right? And what happens again when the balls taken out of Melo's hands?

Let's just say, for the sake of all Knicks fans I'm going to keep hoping this article - and myself is wrong.
