Post#1 » by EricAnderson » Tue Nov 6, 2012 12:01 am

Kinda reminds me of Andrew Bynum...hopefully less of a headcase

Next year in cbb is gonna be crazy with all these great freshmen and that 2014 draft just got even deeper..damn

i don't think this was the right move for him. unlike most other kids who are reclassifying, dakari is reclassifying up out of his original class.
not only that, but he'll only have 2 yrs of HS ball under his belt after sitting out this past yr for transfer. he's currently at montverde academy who's coach is the same guy who coached mkg and kyrie. he's a good coach who dakari could learn from in preparation fro college. oh well, 2013 get's deeper. i'd have him somewhere around 10 in the class.

Teams are already preparing the tank for 2014.

Supposenly FLorida because he plays with Kasey Hill and Chris Walker..Syracuse is up there as well

UK apparently has a good shot if they still want him like they would have if he stayed in 14' but theylll proably focus on Randle and Wiggins instead of him

he doesn't play with chris walker, but he's a hs teammate of kasey hill.

if someone off of 'cuse's team doesn't declare early, they could be down to 1 scholly offer, which reportedly tyler roberson will take. one of cj fair, MCW or rakeem christmas would have to declare to open up a spot for dakari.

I haven't watched him at all, but I think people need to take notice that (I guess) when people say "Bynum" - they don't mean the end product we're seeing now.

They mean high-school Bynum, who made a huge progress in his game 90% of the players usually don't make.

I compare him to Bynum in terms of massive size and not overly athletic but crafty around the rim with god post moves

As far as coparing him to Bynum in high school hes more advanced then Bynum at the same age where Bynum was extremely raw in high school

unless he has grown in the past couple of months, he doesnt really have massive size for a c considering his length.

i thought that he and bynum played similarly at the same stage. both had great hands, soft touch, basic drop steps and jump hooks. nothing much more than that offensively. the biggest difference b/t the 2 being bynum's length.
