Wiggin's comparison
He's such a strange player, he is really athletic. He has hops and is extremely quick, but he is very wiry. He has a pretty good jumpshot and pretty decent handles for someone of his position. The player that seems closest to him imo is Rudy Gay, but even that doesn't seem to fit because Wiggins seems so much more advanced at the same stage and looks way quicker. So what is your comparison for Wiggins?

Bird would have won 4 rings with that team, in this weak ass era of basketball.

rudy's a good comparison, but rudy was much more raw in HS. he was pretty much just a dunker and jumper in HS.

Durant skills in Rudy Gay's body.

He doesn't have the playmaking skills or ballhandle of TMac or Pippen

So, you're saying he's a pretty good prospect?

Right now he reminds me of a Rudy Gay/Scottie Pippen....but has the upside to be Durant/Pippen.

preinjury Grant Hill with 3 pt range and nearly Jordanlike hops.
If you want to try to measure the elements of basketball that are supposedly unmeasurable, spend a game just watching Marc Gasol.

young grant hill was also the king of the midrange, Wiggins so far seems to me like it's either driving to the rim or hitting a 3pt shot. he showed some flashes of diff kinds of floaters and stuff, but primarily that seemed his offense to me besides running the floor and offensive rebounds.

Re: Wiggin's comparison
I see a lot of Michael Finley or Jason Richardson in him. He's a two-footed jumper who's a straight line driver. He's probably closer to Jason Richardson than Michael Finley in playmaking, but otherwise, they're the same body type, same athlete (high jumper, above average speed/quickness)...if he was in America, I'm pretty sure he'd be getting compared to those guys moreso than LeBron, McGrady, and all the other tier-1 guys.
Like the kid, but don't forget Harrison Barnes either. He looked Kobe-esque in high school and now he looks like poor man's Deng (if that).
