Will Conroy appreciation thread

Post#1 » by C.lupus » Thu Nov 15, 2012 6:52 pm

Will, you brought us Brandon Roy (well 50% of Brandon Roy at least), you played with energy, and you were an animated cheerleader on the bench. You may not be part of the Timberwolves anymore but you will live on in our hearts. God speed Will, god speed.

First guy off the bench all the time. It made me feel good to know he was having the time of his life being back in the NBA

Yeah it is really too bad for him that we needed another body at the wing and that he couldn't continue to be a good teammate and practice guy for us. Good luck to him on the next squad he catches with.

I want him on our bench, just not as a player.

I appreciate all the towel waving.

Hopefully Barea is fit for tomorrow night, otherwise we've got no back-up PG.

I would always be energetic and enthused too if I got to wear T-wolves gear and sit courtside watching NBA games and getting paid for it.

Conroy was loving life. Played with heart. I hope Roy isn't hard on himself for not being able to keep his buddy around by being healthy and playing better.

He was the best Male cheerleader we've ever had, in his short run I think he far outproduced Mark Madsen in TC/48, I bet he comes back at some point.
Josh Howard can be a real dick at times...
